• Account: name, email and preferred language.
• Letters: text, chosen look and recipient details (name and email).
• Activity: check-in and warning dates.
• Payments: handled by Stripe; we never store card details.

2. Purpose

We use data only to run the service: reminders, warnings and, if needed, delivering the letter. We never sell data or use it for targeted ads.

3. Letter confidentiality

Letters are only accessible to their author and only sent to the chosen recipient. Our team does not read letters unless legally required.

4. Legal basis

Performance of a contract and, for the recipient's email, the author's legitimate interest.

5. Retention

Data is kept while the account is active. Deleted letters are removed immediately; deleting the account removes all associated data.

6. Processors

Cloud hosting and database, an email delivery service and Stripe for payments.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, delete, port or object to processing of your data, and complain to your data protection authority.
